  • ALERT: A change has been made to TIDE roster management to allow users to view only students active in a roster (default view) or to view all students ever in that roster. Part of implementing this change requires the blocking of user created rosters. So, the only rosters will be those uploaded from UTREx. This change will allow users to see scores for students that were in their rosters when they tested. To learn more about this change, click here.

  • ALERT: In iOS 11.0 (iPads) a security risk was identified for iPads not managed by an MDM.  The risk was that a user could pin a second app on top of the secure browser.  The new iOS 11.1 has resolved this security risk.  Please update your iOS devices to version 11.1 by December 15, 2017.  After this date, iOS 11.0 will be blocked due to the security risk.  If you have questions and/or concerns with this please contact Kim Rathke, kim.rathke@schools.utah.gov.

  • ALERT: Chrome OS 61 and 62 are now available and supported for SAGE testing. However, there is a known issue with TTS tracking within those versions of the operating system. Google is working to resolve the issue, but we recommend waiting to update your Chrome operating system until we notify you that the issue has been resolved. If the Chrome operating systems have already been updated, you can continue to test, but students may experience tracking issues with TTS. If you have any questions, please contact Kim Rathke at kim.rathke@schools.utah.gov.

  • ALERT: Apple has released iOS 11.1 for iPads in the App Store. This version corrects the security risk identified for iPads not managed by a MDM. We ask that any iPads on iOS 11.0 be updated to the new version 11.1 before testing. If you had waited to upgrade, iOS 11.1 is now available and supported.
